Agricultural Tractor
It is a small, portable, and easy-to-use manual Tractor that requires less time and effort. It can be used on agricultural terraces as it is suitable for the Yemeni environment and is characterized by being safe to use.
Looming machine
"Driven by market demand for this type of craft machinery, the project idea emerged to reduce time and effort by upgrading the weaving process. It introduces automation to the traditionally operated loom, transitioning it to a semi-automated system designed to interlace cross-warp threads on the loom more efficiently."
Honey packaging machine
"The concept of the honey machine centers on packaging locally produced liquids (such as honey, sauces, and jams) into small 250-gram plastic containers, aiming to supply the local market with quantities and prices tailored to consumer needs."

"Establishing and operating a specialized facility for producing briquetted charcoal from natural raw charcoal, by grinding, processing, and reshaping it into uniform, high-quality cubes to provide a product characterized by stable combustion, longer burning time, and higher efficiency, meeting the needs of the local market."

The Al-Salwan Honey Packaging Factory project is based on establishing a specialized factory for packaging local natural honey in small, practical containers, weighing 30 gms (with the possibility of future expansion), with the aim of providing a high-quality product that conforms to specifications, at reasonable prices that meet the needs of consumers, families and food establishments, while supporting the local product and enhancing its marketing value.
"The project aims to establish and operate a sustainable honey packaging facility based on the latest quality and food safety standards. In its initial phase, it targets the Yemeni market through diverse sales channels, including retail stores, restaurants, cafés, and hotels. The scope includes completing the facility setup, procuring compliant packaging materials, conducting test runs, and transitioning to commercial operations to generate actual sales and achieve a return on invested capital."

The project aims to establish a specialized training and practical environment for mobile phone repair, combining training, qualification, and hands-on application. This enables female trainees to acquire the necessary skills for device inspection, fault diagnosis, and basic maintenance and repair procedures.

Establishing and operating a specialized Mechatronics Workshop as the first women-led and women-operated workshop managed by Yemeni female engineers. The workshop aims to provide a practical environment for training and equipping girls and female engineers with mechanical and electrical skills, enabling them to apply their engineering knowledge and transform it into practical skills and productive projects.
The project aims to provide a fully equipped engineering workshop that enables female trainees and workers to practice basic engineering operations using a range of mechanical and electrical machinery and equipment, including grinding, welding, and drilling machines, as well as small soldering tools, power supplies, PCB drills, and other equipment used in engineering applications.
The project contributes to achieving a number of economic and social impacts, most notably:
- Enabling female engineers and girls to gain practical experience in the fields of mechanical, electrical and mechatronics engineering.
